classes: general info

When looking at the calendar, be sure to remember we have two rooms with classes going on. Ava's room and Bella's room. Check to see which room your class is in when you arrive. Please make sure to check in at the front desk - we will sign you in.
We are grateful to be able to offer such a range of classes to you. Since we have grown and your needs and abilities are growing and changing - SO ARE WE! We have made many changes to the calendar to fit the needs of our growing population.
If you like a class - make sure you attend and bring your friends! If you have any questions regarding classes, please call and ask us.
You can register for classes online - go to our on line class scheduler below and create your user name and password. You can register online as soon as you are a member - another benefit of membership!
SAVE YOUR SPOT NOW!
It is advisable to register for evening and weekend classes if you would like to secure your space. Being able to register on line for classes is wonderful for all of us.
Please remember to be respectful of others if you are not coming to class (once registered).
Please call us to cancel your spot so someone else can take your place.
Please be on time if you are registered.
When you forget to cancel your spot, you will lose the ability to pre-register.
GENERAL GUIDELINES
- In consideration of other students please refrain from wearing perfume or coming to class unshowered; fragrance, cigarette smoke or body odor can be overwhelming to others.
- Please make sure all cell phones are turned off during the duration of class.
- Personal sticky mats are available to purchase, you may bring your own or use our loaner mats. Loaner mats are used at your own risk as we cannot guarantee they are sanitized after each use
- When you commit to yoga, we recommend using a mat of your own for hygienic reasons. All yoga classes are 65 minutes unless otherwise noted. Please show up to class on time or within 10 minutes of starting - the door will be locked after 10 minutes of starting class.
- When attending a yoga class, wear comfortable fitted clothing and bare feet. Yoga is best practiced on an empty stomach and bladder.
