Complement your yoga practice with semi-privates or private sessions with any of our highly trained yoga instructors. We pride ourself in safety and modifying the poses and practice to fit your individual needs. If you find yourself getting discouraged, try a Yoga Basics class. If you still need more help, inquire about semi-private or private lessons.
These sessions are intended to further your practice, allowing you to feel successful in a class format. Our intention is to empower you so you can find the class or classes that fit your needs.

Semi privates are a minimum of 2 people, maximum of 4.
*If you have recently had surgery, are completing physical therapy for an injury or have any other health related issues that may affect our sessions, please let your instructor know. This will help in tailoring the session just for you.
All sessions are 55 minutes long and a minimum of 1 session per week is recommended. Add a Nutritional Therapy Session for only $99 when you purchase a package of 10 sessions
