Adding personal training to our list of services was really the next step toward offering you everything you need at Satsang Yoga and Wellness Center. We aspire to challenge the individual in both strength and agility. The more we become in tune with our body, through specific movement and diligent practice, becoming aware of our breath and our bodies response to resistance, the better equip we are to create dynamic changes both physically and mentally. We find definition and toning through high repetition of a specific set of movement. We reach our goals by committing to a healthier lifestyle, both physically and nutritiously.

Your session will include an overall assessment, cardio exercises and strength training utilizing minimal equipment. Sessions are booked through our front desk or on line.
