Lots for Mom this summer to keep you committed!


SUMMER CHILD WATCH!
We want you to keep coming during the summer!  Now there are more chances to do that!  Child Watch days and times, beginning in June are:  Monday at 11:15am and Wednesday and Friday at 9:30am. Ages 6 weeks - 10 years old; $2 per child per hour! Pre-registration is required!

 

MOMS IN MOTION! 

A stroller based class designed with moms in mind!  Bring your stroller, your child and an attitude for having fun!  We turn flab into fab!  Meets Tuedsays and Thursdays at 9:00am!

 

KIDS YOGA!
Begins again in the fall.  We will hold a FREE demo day in July.  Stay tuned for dates and times....

 

 



Anatomy and Asana


Focus on the anatomical position of each pose. We flow through Sun Salutations & break down each pose to ensure proper alignment and breathing techniques. Exploring the poses on a deeper level. 10 minutes of meditation at the end of every class.

Core and Restore


A 90 minute class combining Vinyasa Flow, Core exercises and then ending with restorative, relaxing poses. Ending with a 15 minute meditation and breath focus..

Core Flow


A Class deisgned to relieve stresss, lengthen your muscles, strengthen your mind and give you a workout, focusing on the all important core muscles. Suitable for all levels.

Detox Flow


 A wonderful transition from work day to a relaxing evening. Experience the feeling of letting go of your day before going home. We focus on heart opening poses, twists, hip openers and poses to relieve stress from your shoulder and neck. A must for anyone who works and then goes home.


Early Morning Flow


A great way to start off your day. Suitable for all levels. Experience the joy of yoga and all the benefits!

Evening Flow


This class will incorporate pranayama and asanas, deep stretching and then end with 30 minutes of meditation.  It is your decision on how long you want to stay for meditation but it will be various types beginning with guided relaxation and visualization.

Flow


Active style of yoga, linking the breath with movement.  Modifying the poses for greater safety and offering options so that every body can feel uniquely and successfully challenged.  (Classes are 60 or 90 minutes--inquire with questions.)



Midday Yoga Break


Join us for a 50 minute class of stretching, strengthening and relaxation.  This class is designed to revitalize you so you can flow through the rest of your day.  Class is 65 minutes long but you can leave early to accommodate your lunch hour. 

 



NIA Dance


Nia is a body-mind-emotion-spirit fitness and lifestyle practice where we use expressive movement, the body's way, to create wellness throughout the whole being. It is cardio-vascular for the physical body and cleansing for the soul. Through conscious movement, Nia reminds us that pleasure is a choice the body prefers and is an act of self-love. By being present in the body now, Nia cultivates the joy of movement which naturally leads to self-healing, a key ingredient of holistic fitness.

Mat Pilates


Focusing on the "powerhouse" - abs and buttocks - increase flexibility, strengthen muscles, improve posture. We use rollers, rings, hand weights and dynabands. All levels are welcome however prior pilates instruction is preferred.



Pilates Funamentals


Introduction to foundational movements of Pilates incorporating breathing, body awareness and posture and alignment. Ideal for beginners and intermediate participants wanting to to enhance their practice.

Power Flow


Challenging flowing practice synchronizing breath and movement.  Previous flow experience needed. Bring a towel, be ready to release toxins to clarify the mind.

Prenatal Yoga


Gentle poses with many modifications to traditional yoga postures.  No prior experience necessary. 

Restorative Yoga


A wonderful transition from work week to weekend. Unwind, relax and clear the mind for your weekend. A gentle flow class designed to rejuvenate your spirit.   Please bring a pillow and blanket.



Traditional Hatha Yoga


A relaxed practice drawing awareness away from the muscles and deeper into the bones, achieving a deeper relaxed feeling; we hold poses a little longer than in Flow Yoga.


Yoga Basics/Beginner


For Beginners--focus on how you feel in each pose--the perfect class to ask questions.  Adaptive--for those who need a ittle more assistance--we use chairs, blocks and blankets to help you find your body in each pose.



Yoga Sculpt


Fusing functional strength and flexibility with the benefits of added resistance using hand weights, weighted bars and stability balls; focusing on designing the body you want one muscle at a time--90 minutes.


Yogilates


A fun and challenging class that incorporates the best of hatha yoga and Pilates techniques to provide you with an efficient and enjoyable workout that will energize you and reduce stress.
